Brand New. The Same Old Concept

AirPods.

They look great.

It’s a fascinating sociological study that something that just began existing can exhibit what has always existed: “I want.” Apple is not alone; this is true of technologies, foods, places, events, and performances.

Human behavior fascinates me. New technologies every day, but it’s the same behavioral response. The way we view things dictates so much about us: our confidence, desires, achievements, and and dreams. We view things through our cultural lenses.

Or, perhaps, hear through our AirPods.

I love helping companies scale and grow their organizations to delight customers and employees, enabling healthy teams, fast growth, and fewer headaches. Scaling quickly is wrought with potholes and plot twists. When you’re running a company, losing customers, and employees are on their way out, and don’t have your systems running smoothly, then you’ll be at your wits' end. I've been there and hate it.
