Two Ways of Looking At It

There are many changes in life. There are many kingdoms rising and falling, the world the shifting. And we can either look at that with fear and blame it for causing us poor performance, or we can look at it as an opportunity to grow from & into.

I can look at the bad economy and blame it for many misfortunes, or I can look at it and see some opportunities to help people, educate them, create value by helping others find jobs, build companies, or otherwise find ways to put food on the table. I can look at it either to blame or to innovate.

It can be scary to try the new, the innovative, and the uncertain. But the alternative is stagnation. I might fail if I try something new, but that beats the certainty of eventual failure.

I love helping companies scale and grow their organizations to delight customers and employees, enabling healthy teams, fast growth, and fewer headaches. Scaling quickly is wrought with potholes and plot twists. When you’re running a company, losing customers, and employees are on their way out, and don’t have your systems running smoothly, then you’ll be at your wits' end. I've been there and hate it.
